RetentionGrid’s Automated Selling is the next part of the process after Opportunity Mining (predictive analytics and alerts). This involves the creation of Smart Campaigns based on the customer group the application identifies.

The application not only helps you craft meaningful and customized messages, but you can also choose to have it insert your most popular products into all the campaigns that you send out.

Even better, you can use RetentionGrid’s product recommendations engine to automatically identify and add hyper-targeted product suggestions that are specific to each individual customer.

These kinds of targeted communications have a great track record for building the relationships that will keep your customers coming back to your store again and again.

You can send out your campaigns using RetentionGrid, or push them to MailChimp for sending. Campaigns can be sent once, or you can set them to go out automatically whenever a customer meets the same trigger criteria in the future.

You can also download a CSV file to use with other applications such as Facebook Custom Audiences for more precise social advertising.

Next on the development plan for Automated Selling are self-optimizing campaigns — that is, using machine learning to teach the application about what works best in terms of time of day for sending, subject lines, calls to action, etc., and to optimize future actions so that each subsequent campaign is more and more successful.
